Weird chest discomfort? So scared pls reply :(

Since yesterday morning, I've been having this weird chest discomfort. It is in the center (exactly) of my chest and it really midly hurts and more feels like a pressure/weight/uncomfortable feeling. It only lasts like a minute and is barely noticeable, but these one minute "wave" happened three times yesterday and three times today so far. I don't what it is, but it's giving me so much anxiety.

I had ECG's and holter monitors in the past and those were fine.

Hey Jane! I can really sympathize with the chest pain. I had it yesterday on the left aide of my chest and went to the ER in a panic. I had an ecg done and my results also came back normal. The doctor said the culprit behind my chest pain could be a mix of acid reflux and anxiety. Which makes sense because I struggle with both. With the pain being in the centre of your chest and your ecg also being normal, take some comfort in knowing its definitely not your heart 😃 I would try taking some anti acids and see if that helps or maybe some ibuprofen in case you may have pulled something. If it persists Id talk to tour GP about it, if only to get some reassurance. Its what I had to do. Feel better!
