weird chest pain whats wrong with me and waht to do about it

Hi I'm a 18 year old boy that has been experiencing chest pain on his left and right side after eating at a fast food restaurant on Sunday. The chest pain I feel is sometimes sharp and a little burning. This pain has caused me to go to the ER twice with both times the docotrs' tests say that I'm perfectly fine and that what I'm experiencing is either chest wall pain (costochondritis) or GERD. As I look at other people's discussions they have shortness of breath or nausea. For me I only have chest pain with constant throat-clearing and belching. The chest pain has gotten better over the past few days, but I still tend to feel mild pain that still bothers me on the left and right of my chest. This chest pain has caused me to stay up late and worries me to the point that I may be encountering either a heart attack or even worse sudden cardiac arrest (I heard of a man that had chest discomfort and was treated with no problems and sent home, but a month later died of sudden cardiac arrest which terrified me)
Can someone tell me if something bad could happen to me or am I fine and just overreacting over something silly.

Hello I'm a 23 year old male 6' 0" and I weigh 157 well that can actually vary sometimes I will weigh 160-170 dk what the deal is with that. Anyway I have been having similar symptoms only my chest discomfort is in the center or on my left side. And this wasnt until I've taken zoloft for anxiety that I've noticed my resting HR went from 60-70 bpm to 50-60 bpm And my pulse got stronger I can see it in my neck Idk if I've ever been able to before I know I've always been able to see it in my wrist. But the part that concerns me is when I'm just sitting down and I feel my hard take about three maybe 4 strong pounds before it beats normally. I did recently discover that I have heart palpitations one day at work I was digging and my heart was just losing it. Anyway I dont ever remember feeling my heart just pound the way that it does now after taking zoloft and then right after I start to have a small like aching or stabbing feeling on my left or center of my chest. I dont have insurance so just going in isnt an option for me I have to make it count. I'm not sure if it's just my anxiety taking the better end of control on me or if I do have something going on I also forgot to mention that I can just be sitting down and it feels like I'm out of breathe. Any advice would be much appreciated and I hope the best of luck with what you have going on and hope you find out if its serious or not hopefully nothing serious.
