Weird controlability of my ears

Hello,

I have the ability to activate the rumbling sound( almost exactly what you hear when kylo ren was using the force in the new star wars movie) and i can make the clicking sound in your ear when you yawn or swallow to open your ears myself without yawning or swallowing. i use the clicking sound in combination with breathing inwards with my nose to close my ears and breathing outwards with nose or mouth to open them. Yesterday i used the closing alot because of the loud firework bombs in the area and i didnt get any ringing of damaged hairs in the ear but just now i put my finger to my ear and felt a hard thing, so i though it was some of the white/yellow ear stuff but when i looked at it it was a crust of a wound, and i also have it on the same place on my right ear. It is in sortof the top area of the ear, if you go from top to bottom of your ear you first feel a big open space, make your finger go to the right(if it is your right ear, left for left ear) until you reach the end of the ear, then folow the curve down and stop, thats the area i mean, thats where they are, just above the actual ear hole. Does anyone know what this means?

Thanks in advance
