weird crackling head noise???

does anyone else hear crackling squeaky noise in your head when laying down? i feel like its realiving some head pressure after stressing hmm..

    Could it be coming from your jaw or ears? That happens to me a lot. I hear a weird sound when I'm tensing my jaw and don't realize it.

      It's your ears πŸ˜‚ When I yawn my ears crackle and I thought it was my head too but then I kept doing the yawning motion and I noticed it was my ears. Happens a lot! It's just pressure releasing In your ears. It's so weird!

    All my joints in neck, arms, legs etc pop or crack when I'm tense does anyone else get that

    I get this s lot with my anxiety it used to really creep me out I sometimes get a cracking in my throat to its horrible but if we have all got this symptom it must be anxiety so try not to worry I have had a rough week lots of new symtoms
