Weird Crawling Feeling/Tingle on sides of Head

For months now I have noticed that I am getting this weird sensation on the left and right side of my head. It's weird to explain the feeling so I'll try anyway.

It is the feeling of when you get scared or when you get goose bumps. Another way of explaining is when you go for a haircut and they buzz your neck and you get that weird feeling that goes up from your neck to your scalp. I'm just calling it a weird crawling feeling. I am not sure if it's numbness. It's just there for seconds and goes away and come back on and off for a few hours and then disappears for days and then happens again.

There is no pain or discomfort but I hold my head and start worrying when it happens. Is this anxiety?

    Yep I have this EXACT thing! It's like a buzzing/tingling sensation. It comes and goes for a few minutes at a time. Sometimes all throughout the day & sometimes It can go for weeks then return again

      i am going to get a mri next week. im scared but what can you do?

      My B12 is a bit all over the place so it could be related to that to be honest. But it is also very common in anxiety in general
