Weird discharge from chronic anal fissure? What is this?

So I have had an anal fissure for 4 months now which makes it chronic. I suffer from chronic constipation my whole life and ended up with it. Went to the doctor and they prescribed for me doxiproct ointment to apply to the fissure which only numbed the pain but no healing whatsoever.

I've done sitz baths, added good amount of fibre, stool softener, water, and healthy food to my diet and been passing stools better than before.

I am still not healed yet from the anal fissure but my issue here is that, yesterday when I wiped after passing stool I noticed mucus on the tissue (note: this happened after passing stool for 3 days now) then today when I wiped again after passing stool I noticed small brown-reddish hard stuff (looks like chunks) coming from my anus on the tissue which got me really worried...I tried googling but got nothing.

I hope someone can shed some light on my situation since I can't see the doctor until a week later and I'm very worried that something else might be going on..
