Weird Discomfort Around penis glans and burning feeling sometimes Help! With Picture

Hey, for the past few months I've been having a weird constant discomfort with around the glans of my penis head I think. I tried to fix it by going to a walk in clinic and receiving some anti-inflammatory steroid and antifungal creams but those did nothing I except I think make my penis head look really gross and dried up. I've put some lotion on it but I still think it looks kind of bad. I also experience burning and or stinging around the head not certain whether it's in the urethra, usually when orgasming but not when urinating. I also been experience much less semen coming out as of recent but not sure if that's related to this current problem. Went to a gp to see it and he didn't see anything wrong. I'm a virgin so not likely std's please help me its kind of ruining a part of my life.

It seems to me tyson glands (normal) but this does not cause problems but since it is burning it better to go to the doctor again

do you mean penile papules? Maybe but. I don't know what to say to him he's already seen it though.

Yes, penile papules, I'm sure this is normal. But about pain I can't say what it can be, go to the doctor and insist on it

Maybe it's some irritation in the area, maybe some product you use to wash your underwear is causing some irritation in the area.
