weird dizziness ?

Hi people.
Has anyone else experienced this ? In 2015 i started having funny turns (i call them funny turns ,not because they are funny at all because they are not.
I get this weird dizziness ,the room does NOT spin .i will try to explain the best i can.
First of all i get neck pain (i have arthritis in my neck ,then i get a kind of muzzy head feeling ,sometimes it feels like a head ache ,other times it don't.
Sometimes it feels like nerve pain in my head ,this is not a severe pain .
Then if i look to the side and bring my head back again to eye level ,it seems everything takes a second to catch back up to eye level again. When i walk i feel off balance when this happens. it can last a few mins or a few hours . It can happen when i turn over in bed ,although this is rare ,it mainly happens while im relaxed watching tv it will suddenly start out of the blue. This happens a couple of times a month ...I have seen doctors ,i have had my eyes tested ,i have had blood test , I am waiting for new glasses as i am quite short sighted but i dont think this is my eyes ...I have ear pain sometimes and ringing in my ears .the ringing in ears have only just started recently ....i have not had an mri or ct scan , i have not been refered to ENT either ,i am so worried this might be something like a brain tumour ,i know i should have a ct scan or at least see a ENT doc but im to anxious for this as i have always suffered from health anxiety . just wondering if anyone else has had similar symptoms and can throw some light my way please .

i would skip going to the ENT, as they have little knowledge it would seem of vestibular issues.
the "visual catch up" youre experiencing sounds like something called saccades. (you can google that) it doesnt sound like a brain tumor but it does sound like you have a vestibular issue going on.
(im enduring hell with pretty similar symptoms as you except mine doesnt go away its constant) and found out i have damage to my left ear-vestibular nerve.
i went through 5 ents with no help before i finally went to an oto-neurologist (i dont know the exact spelling so forgive me) and he finally diagnosed me with 32% damage, and something called vestibular hypofuntion, and sent me off to vestibular rehab. im still struggling a bit but i was told this would take time especially because it took me so long to get help. they will send you for an mri and then a hearing test and then a caloric test and a VNG to test your vestibular (balance system, which includes your eyes).
try to just be persistent and get yourself some help, i know its frustrating and i suffer with pretty awful anxiety but please try to keep the anxiety as low as you can get it because it can exacerbate the symptoms. easier said than done i know. but do advocate for yourself and get you some answers.
