Weird Enlarged Lymph Nodes??? STRANGE

Posted , 2 users are following.

I don't know if this is a serious issue or not, but I keep developing enlarged lymph nodes(or maybe something else), particularly in my armpits and groins. After a couple of weeks of being hard, it starts to dribble down and it becomes this soft pack of liquid and my skin there turns a purplish red. As the days continue, the skin would get tore due to friction or burst and then there would be a liquid like blood, its red but not that unique blood red one would recognize. I also want to mention that the enlarged nodes or whatever it is, is not that large, about half an inch, I'm a teenager, and it doesn't hurt. It also leaves brown marks.

    Hello

I think this is one for your doctor to look at. please make and appointment.

    Also how is your diet.

If I don't eat properly something similar happens to me.

please let us know how you get on. Take care.

Thank you for your concern. I'm currently on the Paleo Diet, but I've been having this issue for a long long time. I use to eat rice everyday, with every meal at home, but since a few days ago I started on a diet. Yeah, I'm planning on making an appointment but it's very uncomfortable because it's a Kid Cares Program or something.

there is an online application called cronometer, (free basic version) I use it everyday to make sure what I've eaten gives me the nutrients I need. It is not perfect but it helps with the a to z's, minerals, fiber and omegas. Maybe worth a try. I am always low on calcium and potassium, maybe this could highlight areas where you are a little low. Plenty of raw veg if you can manage this or veg juice might help give you a boost if you are not already doing this. I dislike doctors appointments intensely. I hope they recognise the young intelligent person you are. good luck.
