Weird episodes

So I had a SSF 6,5 weeks ago and I am still not feeling normal. I still have a sore right butt cheek off and on and I can feel a bump which hurts when I touch it in my right butt cheek.

Every day I have a period of a couple of hours in which everything feels irritated / burns which makes me pee more/ gives me an urge(that feeling probably irritates the bladder). These periods suddenly come and go.

I am getting so tired of all of this because I can't go back to work. When does all of this end? I am am getting less hopeful each week.

    Hi Ren

I found 8 weeks a turning point where all these things settled. I wasn’t by no means strong enough to go back to work though but I felt my body had adjusted after the trauma. Now at 10 weeks ..the surgical area is not dominating my consciousness however still not strong enough to stand for more than 15 minutes and wouldnt lift or carry anything but light objects.

I would be inclined to speak to your specialist. The bump you describe could be a pocket of blood, I had a small one the size of a marble.  Also bladder symptoms could be associated with UTI.

Get the reassurance or appropriate management you need then you won’t feel so despairing which is a horrible thing.

I know everyone says it’s early days and it is ....now that I can look back I agree...but check in with specialist He/she is responsible for you and presumes all is going to plan unless a call is made.......then more patience dear Ren things will get better.

But these episodes are Some sort of pelvic muscle cramping episodes. Not my complete pelvic Floor but certain muscles start cramping, so start burning, which irritates the bladder and maken me urinate more often. Today this starten at around eleven and stopped around two. So weird. Like my muscles down there haven mind of their own.
