Weird eye sensation. Couldit be anxiety?

17, male For the past 5 weeks i have been dealing with a weird eye sensation. It feels like my eyes need to de-focalise ( if it makes sense), it kind of feels like they are strained or that they take too much light in, like they don't adjust well to the light. It happens mostly after reading, using the computer or staying in a very lit enviroment. I am on no medication and I have been to an ophtamologist because i have myopia and thought it is from that. I changed my lenses because my diopters changed and it helped but the sensation is still there. What do you think it is? Could it be anxiety?

I ware VARI FOCALS with Reactolight lenses that seems to help my eyes suuffer from bright light

Also I have a Pair of Driving Glasses that prevents glare although my car has a tinted windscreen so they are kept in the car now in case of need

I also have a further pair fo using on the computer, that has a gradiated lens.

What I do is when I get my eyes tested and change me every day glasses I sometimes get a free set, I then renew either my driving glasses or my computer lens and frame. So I end up with three pair that get lenses changed over time.

It gets to me even  when I  by Reactolight lenses they sometime have problems working well in a car.

    Anxiety can affect your vision.

For me it was funny focus and sometimes double vision..

I had my eyes retested but they were fine.

Do some research on how anxiety affects the body and mind.. and what you can do to help it... There is lots of information on the net

For computer use I use a pair of glasses adjusted for the computer, they have a tint in the lense to take away the glare of the screen and helps not getting eyestrain
