Weird eyes issue

Hi all

Has anyone ever came across this issue or know what it might be.

Last month i had a fall and hit my temple, the next day both my eyes the vision went dimmer as in the lights went down and blurry, I then notice that videos for example HD does not look like HD anymore it looks lower quality. Ive been to eye hospital and they cant find anything wrong with the nerves.

Two doctors have said it could be concussion.

Any advice or ideas would be great
