Weird feeling in ankle

Posted , 2 users are following.

Good day everyone!

Was put into a situation, where I had to try and slightly run and then hop on my ankle for the first time in roughly a year.

Now I am having some pain on the outside of my ankle, which I usually do, but at one time was worse then usual and I am having like a cold sensation in different parts of my foot.

Has anyone else had this problem or possibly know anything about what this could be??

Thanks in advanced for any help!!

The fixation in my foot gets very cold but mine is fairly recent 10 weeks today. After a year maybe a trip gp. As much as we hate that.

Well after my response to you this morning I got a full 3l box of milk from fridge. Omg didn't realise just what I couldn't lift. Now pins and needles on top of foot and heal heats like hell. I now know why dr recons I won't be back at work for longer than I planned. She's saying august. And I was thinking  na I'll be back before then. Lifting babies well now thinking maybe she's right. I'm going to do a warn salt soak and relieve it. I refuse to use pain killers now. Do you have fixation.

      O wow, that sounds terrible.

Might be better to take the full time off and let everything heal properly, don't want to mess anything up that's for sure. I have been off work for a year with my injury, hoping to go back to work soon.

After the message this afternoon, I had hot sensations in my ankle and pins and needles feeling in my toes, and now i have sharp pain in a ligament or muscle going up my ankle.

And yes, I do have fixation, I have a screw in my ankle.

      Do you have any fixation?

Yes I do have plate and 6 screws. The nerves get cut thro during surgery and nerve pain is cruel. And takes a long time to heal. I steal clear of drugs because I react badly to most and side effects are as bad as the pain. Hives like you wouldn't believe and every where and I mean everywhere. Constipation peeing every half hour. Vomiting. The long term gut damage is not worth it. I did  have OxyContin to begin with but poison to me. Have you tried warm water for relief. Helps get rid of dead skin to
