Weird Feeling In Head?

Hi everyone!

So, I was in the library today, feeling okay and all of the sudden it was like a wave rushed over my head. Like, I feel it inside, from the top back all the way down. It lasts a few seconds. It makes me feel like I'm going to pass out and sends me into a panic. This isnt the first time this head-rush feeling has happened to me. I know I have extreme anxiety and panic, but it usually occurs when my anxiety is low and then it sends me into a panic. Does anyone else get this weird feeling in their head?

Not painful. Just an odd feeling. I almost describe it as a pressure but not exactly. It's like it just rushes over the back of my head all of a sudden. I know that probably sounds weird.

The head thing or the anxiety? The head thing started in the past year or so. The anxiety I've had my whole life. Was started on meds when I was twelve...stopped them a year and a half ago, twelve years later. You?

Posture, your cervical spine. Thats common. I know  it made you anxious but it isnt an illness. Stretch and roll your neck a bit. And be sure your are well hydrated. Mini anxiety thing. Carry ice water with you it is very helpful to sip on too. Some of these little wacky things are normal but we get very scared. Way too sensitive to everything we have.

Thank-you for your reply! I'm way too hypersensitive to everything in my body with my anxiety. It makes me feel a bit better that you say it's a normal feeling.
