Weird feeling in head

I have severe anxiety and get tension headaches quite often. My neck, shoulders and jaw are also tight all the time. I have also developed pulsatile tinnitus. I’m scheduled to have an MRA and MRV next week. just recently I have the weirdest feeling in the back top part of my head. It almost feels like my pulse but not quite. could this be from the tension in my neck or my anxiety or the tinnitus? It has me terrified. Anyone out there dealt with anything like this?
