Weird feeling in left side chest

For the past few days I've experiencing a weird feeling in the left upper side of my chest. No pain at all. It feels like some kind of tingling like feeling for a few minutes. it doesn't feel like pins and needles, more like a slight shiver that goes through it for a few seconds. It happens a few times a day. I haven't experienced any pain. Only when moving in a weird position or pressing, but that only lasts a few seconds too.

So, I'm just wondering what this weird feeling could be or mean, and if I should talk to my doctor about it.

    I was recently diagnosed with Prinzmetal vascular spasm before I wound up in hospital where a angiogram saw the spasm, I had weird chest pains and fatigue.

    Have you been to a doctor yet?
