Weird feeling in my stomach (belly button area/lower left side?)

So past 2ish weeks now I have had a weird feeling around my belly button area or lower left side of my stomach and I was just wondering if anyone knew what could be potentially causing it? Looked online and there's many a moons of things that could be happening 

I am 22 years old Male by the way and all my symptoms are I have a weird feeling in the areas ive stated, it's not a pain per say it's just like a feeling thats there (sometimes it can be noticeable but most of the time it's like huh whats that?) Walking seems to get rid of this feeling and eating has been fine, noticed no blood in my stools or with wiping at all, no weight loss either, when I lie down sometimes it can bring on the pain somewhat and sometimes when I do a bowel movement it can hurt but then goes away after say an hour?

Just wondering if anyone had an idea on what could be going on?

    My advice is to see your GP! Cud be nothing untoward, but why worry? Best not left anyway! Good luck! 🙃
