Weird feelings in my head

has anyone had a panic attack that starts with a weird feeling in your head, followed by pressure and greyed out vision, I've noticed this happens when I'm stressed, I've had every test doctors can think of and they have no idea what could be causing it, a few days ago my heart started beating fast for a few seconds and i had one, all my heart test were fine. these spells only last for 15 or 20 seconds, and my last one was in December. I 've had
Ct , Mri, etc, everything fine, really puzzling.

Yes I’ve had something similar to that. I do get the weird feelings in my head along with the pressure. Sometimes my vision is affected and sometimes it’s not. Other times I would get the weird feeling, pressure, and a vibration or buzzing feeling in my head. I know the vibration feeling is from my intense anxiety but I just hate it when it makes me slightly confused for a few seconds and then it goes away. I’ve had every test also and they are all normal . which tells me that it is stress and anxiety related. Because that’s not going to show up on any test.it’s very difficult for doctors to diagnose when it’s caused by anxiety and stress. So they just go by what symptoms you’re having if all the testing is normal. That’s why it seems so puzzling. I’ve been dealing with this for over 30 years so I’m pretty much a veteran of this. Unfortunately.

I have had similar sensations. I think it’s puzzling because when the testing all comes out normal and we still feel that way we can’t figure out why. Anxiety is something that the doctors can’t actually see so they just go by symptoms that the patient has. So the testing can be perfectly normal but we still feel the effects of anxiety. I’ve had anxiety for many years and all my tests were normal. it’s very frustrating trying to get help for it. I would rather have a broken bone that can be fixed then have anxiety that is so vague and there’s nothing to really cure it. It’s something that Hass to be managed. ugh

It is better to consult a psychiatrist to deal with anxiety. You can prefer working out or going for long morning walks.
