Weird fleshy substance released during period.

Good Afternoon,

So I have been on the injection (Sayanna Press) since the 9th March 2023. I hadn't been on contracpetion for 4 years prior due to wanting my body to regulate and have periods again. I started spotting on the 23rd March 2023 and by the 2nd April my flow had got slightly heavier but nothing like my normal periods before contraception. I am still spotting a little with mild-severe cramping however what has concerned me is something I have passed today. Can anyone advise me on what it is as I've passed clots and deducial casts but this doesn't look like either, thank you in advance!! imageimage
