Weird floating sensation

someone please help me!! I have this weird uncomfortable sensation when i fall asleep, when i wake up to turn through the night and when i wake up in the morning. Its like my body is floating, im trembling inside, i feel all dizzy like and disorientated. It doesnt last long at all but its not a good feeling. the floating feeling lasts the longest, most nights i get that just lying down and chilling out

    if you have a history of anxiety, that floating sensation is very common. Anxiety causes hundreds of different symptoms. When is the last time you had a complete physical check up? you could do that for your peace of mind. Try to relax your mind as much as you can because you can lesson anxiety symptoms by doing that. I do hope you feel better soon.
