Weird foreskin problem. Is this phimosis?

I'm 28 years old now and ever since I began retracting foreskin by myself I've had a little problem for which I've never found a solution even though I researched for months. I'll try to explain it in as much detail as possible so sorry if this post is too long.
I have always been able to fully uncover my glans both in a flaccid or erect state all the way to the point where the foreskin flattens itself so cleaning it has never represent a problem. However, to this day it causes slight discomfort exactly when the foreskin passes over the corona. I thought that this could be some very mild form of phimosis (tight foreskin). I read in the medicine literature that phimosis has 4 grades, the 1st grade being the mildest form (able to fully uncover the glans in both flaccid or erect state but it can cause discomfort or pain) which is easily curable by 2-3 weeks of stretching. However, on close inspection, I don't think that my foreskin is tight enough to be the source of this problem - while in erection I managed to insert my index finger in between corona and glans which means that the foreskin opening is significantly larger than the glans circumference so I think it makes no point to begin stretching it.
Strangely enough, when I'm very sexually aroused, this discomfort seems to disappear because at this point glans is not so dry and the foreskin glides so well. When I'm not enough aroused and I start to masturbate I can feel the discomfort because it appears that it lacks some natural lubricant which makes the foreskin glide well. So i came to the conclusion that the source of the problem might not be the tightness of the foreskin, but rather that the glans is excessively dry or the foreskin is overly loose.
Please give me some advises. What could this be? Does anyone else have this? Thanks

First off when you are aroused your body makes a hormonal change that helps reduce pain so even though you dont feel it it may still be there. Are you washing with soap? I doubt it could be excessively dry because there are circumcised men out there that have no coverage. What I think is that your foreskin is moving back and forth in between your steps and rubbing your coronal edge down a little but. Try retracting your foreskin and leaving it be like that overnight ( do not attempt if your foreskin is remotely tight when erect)
What that does is dry the glans up a bit and if it is a wound that its causing you'll be able to see the problem when it's very dry
I dont recommend circumcision by the way, it's very destructive in nature and theres a reason the Americans use 3/4 of the worlds viagra usage- they are all circumcised due to rumors they hear and general misinformation that's spread there. Dont be afraid to message me. Good luck!

Thank you for your reply.
I usually use the soap, but today I cleaned it only with water and it seems that it reduced the discomfort although not yet completely. Still, there is a great chance that soap is the culprit here because I noticed that my glans are little bit sticky so it causes foreskin to somehow drag and roll over itself which causes discomfort upon touching the corona. If the soap is really to blame, then is the water enough to properly clean it though?
Also, you made a good point that hormonal change maybe hinders the pain so that I don't feel it. However, when I'm very aroused, by touching the glans I can feel it that it becomes more moist which enables foreskin to glide easily. So I really think that this natural moisture relieves the discomfort. For some reason when I'm not fully aroused and try to masturbate, this moist isn't present at all.... really weird

And I forgot to write it down, but the suggestion you gave me is not possible unfortunately. I have a little bit longer foreskin, and if I retract it when flaccid and leave it like that, it would come back in a short time. Only when erect I can pull it back and automatically keep it there.

Soap is very bad for the penis. It ruins the symbiotic relationship between you and "good" bacteria. If you wash all of those away your only inviting abnormal or "bad" bacteria. Soap is also very drying and can leave microscopic tears which also leaves you more prone to pain and infections. For your inability to retract it and leave it there- that's okay. If you can just leave him out in the dry air for 10 15 minutes its should have the same affect as oxygen gets to the mucosa very quickly. Another reason why soap is bad- the head of the penis and the inner foreskin are also a type of tissue called a mucosa- other body parts that share the same tissue are the eyelids, mouth, intestines, urethra etc. Imagine getting soap on any of those mucosa and the pain/irritation it would cause to your eyelids. It essentially can do the same to your penis but you dont have the same pain receptors that are in your eyes.

Thanks. So is water enough to clean it? Or should I buy some mild soap? Does mild soap also harm the penis?

Any soap or body wash of any type will kill the good bacteria naturally present - so stick to cleaning with water only ....

I also noticed this area of foreskin of different color which appears to be really smooth on touch, but it is not itchy nor painful (see photo). I'm not sure whether I've had this ever since or this is something new. I started a new thread but unfortunately nobody replies. Is this normal or something to be worried about?
