Not sure if its geographic tongue, or what, however over the past year, randomly a tiny red dot will pop up, spread over the tongue and grow, removing papillae and creating a smooth surface. It will spread for a few days to a week a time... remain there, and go away. then come back. Endless cycle for the past year. Any ideas? ty so much for help.
