So i've this weird thing happening almost each night , when i sleep on my left side i start getting cramps and gas builds up, but when i change to my right side everything goes back to normal. What's happening ??

Are you eating late at night before going to bed? Speak to your doctor to find out why you are experiencing these symptoms. It could be any number of things.
