Weird growth on vagina

i have been having pain during sex. i took a picture of my vagina to try and see if anything was wrong. there is a growth that i have never seen before. i have been having alot of water like discharge. pain in pelvic area and pain during sex. last pap i did was a little over a year ago where i tested positive for hpv and the doctor found abnormal cells on cervix that were biopsied and there was no cancer. this new growth is worrysome. idk what it is .
