Weird head/body feelings

Posted , 3 users are following.

Hi everyone. Last few days i have been getting this horribly weird group of symptoms.

My head and body just feel weird and its horrible.

Ways id describe it is:

-head feels like its moving when its not

-weird buzzy sound in head

-numb parts of body (mainly arms)

Feel spacey, and almost like my body moves too easily if that makes sense.

-never feels like my heart is beating.

- lightheadedness easily and weird headaches for no reason

-very fatigued, tired, achy

-agitated

-head feels light and sudden feelings of passing out

-hot ears and face alot recently

Theres more but thats all i can think of at the moment.

Its very scary and is making me worry alot. Anyone else get these? What do you do?

    Heya JayDee,

First port of call would be to speak to your gp. However on a personal level I have suffered anxiety to an almost debilitating degree recently, and it can be hardcore. When I get it, I get it good. Any inclination why you're feeling this way? Any particular life stresses or feeling a of depression? I've been doing a lot of lifestyle modifications and it seems to be working in a sporadic way, but I get all of those symptoms and they seem to change now and then. You gotta go easy on yourself and really find out what's behind it. But it is classic anxiety list.

I havent got a clue why id feel like this. If anything I would be happy as i have just baught a new motorbike and well life's good really haha.

Its just the weird head sensations i cant get over. Even now im getting a horrible buzz in my head and i overheard someone talking about a young guy my age having brain cancer although he looked healthy and was just getting headaches.. which doesnt help exactly 😂

Can be anything... insomnia.. drinking too much, not saying you do those things but they all cause anxiety and symptoms. Lmao it's not guna be brain cancer... Even at my worst I've never fallen for that one. Speak to the Gp anyway mate, if there's one thing I wish I'd done it's stamp down on it before it became a big problem. Now I'm 27 on meds and back at my parents house until my head comes together again

I've had all of those my friend! The weirdest head sensation I had was when it felt like my brain suddenly shook from left to right inside my skull. Luckily that has only happened once or twice. I'm not sure if they're "brain zaps" or what, but very freaky feeling!

I've currently got a hot face as I type, that seems to happen if I do any movement or active stuff. I also get cold/chills for another extreme, where I suddenly feel freezing cold even if it's warm.

Heartbeat has felt weak at times here too, occasional bouts of palpitations as well.

All of these are just some of the long list of anxiety symptoms, but I'm not a doctor or offering medical advice. cheesygrin

Yea the brain feelings are weird. You get feelings that you couldnt even imagine! Cant stand it. I have been to the doc's before and they put it all down to anxiety and i had an ECG about 6 months ago and it was normal. Just all so worrying. As i haven't had a scan on my head i over worry about that although im sure they're is nothing wrong yano? Ugh annoying
