Weird head feeling / head pressure

hey

i'm confused with what's happening as its becoming more regular and frequent.

Backstory: 24 year old female, smoke around 5 a day (if that) suffer with depression and anxiety. have a weird breathing thing which has been investigated; sounds like and sigh or like I'm taking a deep breath. i smoke marijuana on the rare occasion only when my anxiety is at it's peak as it calms it right down.

i keep getting these weird head pressures, before these started, i had suffered with this breathing thing (as mentioned above) it had been investigated but no one knew what it was, all of my results and scans came back normal, i had a chest x-ray too as i had a deep lung infection 3 years ago. the breathing was bearable, though when it was at it's peak it would often interfere with eating, and day-to-day stuff. It would just be like a deep breath, annoying but bareable. Recently, along with the breathing, i started to get twitches with it, first my hands and arms, eventually my head started to twitch too. Following from that, i started to get these weird head pressures; to explain, when it happens its like my head just stops, my face gets all screwed up and my eyes closed, head shaking with this too. this is something becoming more frequent, on top of this ive now started getting an ache in my left ear, it doesnt last for long, a few minutes maybe, but then it goes. on top of this i get a slight sick feeling.

i've tried to get this investigated, but my results keep coming back normal and the doctors keep telling me there's nothing wrong. i'm aware the depression and anxiety may come into play with this, however, even on a good day, or when im not stressed it still happens out of the blue. i often get an achy arm or leg too, with random pains along my chest, which can vary but these have recently calmed down and i don't get these as often.

it's such a weird feeling and i just want to know if i should be concerned.

im looking for some help, or some advise on what avenue or route to take next. or even to see if anyone has had this before too?
