Weird headache got a month ago

Hi, I'm a 20 years old guy and about a month ago i got a weird headache. I felt, while sitting, suddenly blood rush around my head, then some vibration in the back of my head and a pressure on the top of my skull going down. The symptoms i searched online sounded the one of an headache, but the strange thing is that my headache was intense, sudden, and lasted about 30 seconds. I felt like my head was going to explode almost, for 30 seconds, then after 20 minutes or so a medic measured my blood pressure and said it was fine. I don't know if it was correlated to that but I measured my body temperature and was at 37.5 C. I also want to say that in the same days I was kinda dehydrated and my lumbs got numbed twice a day even with slightly pressure, these symptoms disappeared when I started drinking more water the following days. I don't know if the headache could have also been caused by dehydration, because the dehydration headache symptoms seem different and lasting much more than 30 seconds. Another thing I thought is that if my lumbs got numbed, probably for lack of oxygen in the blood due to dehydration, the same thing happened probably to my head? By the way, 10 minutes before the headache or so, I took a chocolate with a small quantity of liquor inside.
