my entire adult life i have avoided the sun and preffered the more "pale look" however this year i tried to tan, after a day in the sun some " freckle like" spots appeared on my skin but only on my hands. also noticed some other hyperpigmented spots on my body that were not there previously. should i be concerned? also im a 26 year old female

certain medications can make you sensitive to the sun and affect the pigment of your skin, are you taking any medications or supplements?

does not itch or hurt, no raised bumps

Maybe you need to get some blood tests to check there is nothing wrong.
