Weird jellyfish looking thing

ive been finding this weird stuff in my stool its been going on for 3 years now. i have also been having weird vision changes and a mind fog along with itchy skin and black particles no matter how well i shower keep ending up in my bed. sometimes

I will have swollen areas on my body that tend to go away once I scratch at them and put alcohol but its beginning to concern me someone please help identify this for me the photois a link because file was too big to load

    It sounds like symptoms of worms. It could be something else. I am sure you should investigate more and check for movement. If this is the case then its a type of parasite.
