weird looking mole/wart, should I be worried?

imagei"ve had this thing since 2018 as far as I'm aware of. I used to poke at it but tried to stop when I noticed how weird it looked (it's located on my back, above hip bone, left side). it grows back if I cut a piece, and it can bleed on the base but not the top. the top creates a white scab if I pick on it too much. here are 3 images. should I worry and rush to a dermatologist?**** imageimage
