I'm uncircumcised and when I’m erect. I have these weird lines on my penis shaft. If anyone can tell me what these are I’d appreciate it, or even how to get rid of them. Thank you in advance! Let me know of you need more pictures. image

What you could have going on is a very unusual presentation of Fordyce Spots and Papules, for example.
Someone like an experienced Urologist may have seen this kind of presentation before - but it would only be a Urologist who can confirm what these are.
Again, only a Urologist could tell you whether they can be got rid of

they dont have texture, they seem like some discoloration and i havent always had them! only recently
