Weird metallic/bitter taste in my mouth..?

For some reason I have this weird tingly feeling at the back of my tongue and my mouth tastes sour.. Or bitter? I'm not even sure. And stupid enough of me, I looked it up and got a list of horrible diseases so obviously my anxiety is all like "Hey there, it's time to flip out."

I'm a smoker so maybe it's just aftertaste or something but I can't help but feel nervous constantly about everything happening in my body. I've been convinced that there's something wrong with my downstairs for like 3 months even though I've treated for a yeast infection, I saw a doctor, and nothing's wrong!

I wish anxiety was on logic's side, SIGH.

This is normal I'm also a smoker, you can try taken gaviscon to stop the taste as its from the stomach, silent reflux. Are you on any meds for anxiety?

Reflux can  do that so can a gallbladder attack which can just clear up on its own.sometimes just eat something greasy or too fatty and that can happen. Some medications can definetly cause that i had that once trying a beta blocker.  Drink lots and lots of water and try a pepcid ac to see if stops.pinterest has a bunch of healthy advice on this topic that basically tonic you make to flush your system clean and fixes it. the anxiety part is a bit different and unfortunately a battle we are all trying to figure out.
