Weird neuro condition

my husband had a seizure 5 years ago. he since has them under control but the weird thing that started at the same time is a weird blackout he has several times a day. when he has a blackout his face changes and then he does weird movements such as dancing, rolling, growling, invading others space. after he has no memory of the episode. they last for roughly 30 sec and happen 2 or 3 times a day. he takes keppra for his seizures so those went away but they dont seem to know what his episodes are or how to treat them. all his brain test come back normal and they have no triggers. any guesses??
