Weird neurological symptoms, any ideas appreciated!

Hi everyone,
- 21 F
For about 6-10 months now i've been getting very odd symptoms, basically when I turn my body right, push something heavy or some other triggers, I get very 'dizzy/lightheaded' (it feels so weird its hard to describe) and my left foot/lower leg had an odd sensation (kind of numbness/tingling, but i would describe it more of a static feeling). The dizziness gets so bad it often makes me nauseous.
These 'attacks' can be very rapid, happening multiple times in minutes, and only last a few seconds at a time. It has been very distressing to the point where i've left work and gone to my doctor in tears. They usually happen when walking, at work or on exersion.
Both a head CT and MRI showed nothing.
I am otherwise healthy, however have had a back injury in the past, which can effect my legs, but this is different. My physios and doctors believe my symptoms are highly unlikely to be related to my back issues.
Some other things that have happened in align with this, (however not consistantly so unable to determine if 100% related) is my eyes pulsating in an out of focus rapidly, a full body sensation of goosebumps, even though i have no goosebumps and am not cold, and the dizziness sensation (and static in arm) occuring when shaking a drink...
My doctor seems to either have no idea or just not believe me...It worries me a lot and it can be extremally distressing. I just get this gut feeling that something is wrong.
Any ideas or point in a direction would be incredibly appreciated!

Were you sick at all in the few weeks prior to onset and/or any sort of vaccination? It sounds immune mediated to me, whether viral or otherwise, perhaps autoimmune in nature. I had some of
your symptoms following a viral illness and now 2 years post, I'm worlds better and I would assume the same for you but it is a long and worrisome
road when you know something is happening, but doctors can't tell you what exactly or chalk it up to simply anxiety.

I don't recall and specific illnesses since its been quite a while since they first started. I do get frequent vaccinations as I work in the hospital. May I ask which symptoms you had that were similar to mine and what the end diagnosis was? Thanks for the reply!

There is no way to diagnose the damage it does within the bodies cells.
My main problem is neuropathy. The initial problem is usually pain in the tendons of the lower legs .. tendonitis and possibly ruptured tendons. That usually goes and other problems can start so much later that they are not associated with the drugs although some get the full effects after just one tablet.
I have been to neurologists and other specialists and had head and various body MRI's without that showing reasons.
My symptoms are not as widespread as yours.

Were you at ANY time ever prescribed Cipro or Fluoroquinolone antibiotics .
I say any time as their effect can lie dormant or be triggered by later different medications.
Very often doctors as they are unable to test for this and want to deny any drugs are responsible they will label you with anxiety.

I don't recall having any of these, but any time is quite a while, I could have had it when I was younger...
I just looked it up, my symptoms definantly match a few, honestly can't believe a drug with that sort of potential damage is available!

The EMA had a conference on it last year with sufferers from all over Europe telling their stories. This year some minor restrictions were placed on prescribing it but not nearly enough.
The symptoms cannot be diagnosed or blame placed on it and they are random and widespread.
You can look at the web site floxie hope for information on it. You could ask your doctor if you were ever given it but of course he will be disbelieving.
