If you have never been sexually active, I want to say it is probably VP. I say this because I believe I notice small, finger like projection bumps along you labia majora. VP is a normal condition. I think you should still get checked out because bumps like this look very similar to warts caused by HPV. It is difficult to diagnose these conditions definitively through a picture online. HPV can spread very easily. If your hand is infected with HPV warts, it can be spread to other parts of your body through touching. It is possible to infect yourself.

thank you so much for the reply? is VP treatable? or are the new growths at least removable? they are making me extremely self conscious

All of the VP bumps are removable with a procedure. However, it is likely they will appear again. You could keep them from spreading by keeping your vagina clean/dry. Some specialists believe this condition is correlated with having sweaty vagina. There isn't much of a cure that will help avoid them 100%. It is a condition you are born with.
