Weird nipple thingy

Hello, everyone. I hope you're all doing ok.

So my nipple acts weird when it gets cold. (sore, irritated by my shirts)

it has done for years so i tend to keep an eye on it.

My doctor has checked it a few times over the years and says its fine.

So about a week ago i noticed something a bit different and am wondering if i can get some opinions before i show my doctor?

It kind of stings when touched/ brushed against and has a yellow white thing on it.

I'm paranoid to be honest.

Any thoughts/ opinions would be greatly appreciated.

    Looks like you have an infection under the skin. Probably caused by rubbing on your shirt. Go see your doctor......he may say leave it alone and it will eventually disperse or he may give you some antibiotics. Nothing to worry about.
