First step is your regular doctor for a full exam and bloodwork. Then therapy the perfect mix would be a therapist specializes in Cbt. Stress and anxiety attacks produce many random strange symptoms. Remember it fires off adrenaline, epinephrine and cortisol thru ur body and that will effect seventy percent of your body. Its a natural reaction to danger, although your not actually in danger but that is whats happening inside you. Eat well balanced and keeo hydrated and try tomworkmout daily so your body is strong and can biunce back better. Good luck and feel well.

I'm scared of playing sports outside and stuff after an injury that included my fainting, my anxiety is so bad right now, this happens for no reason... idk why. My heart got checked last month and everything is ok. I don't know why I still have this constant fear.

You cant live in the oast. The language of your mind is thought. The language of your body is feelings. They connect. Play off each other producing a habit. A bad connection and shortcut to fear and pain. You need to intervene with your ratiinale and nite this healed and i am safe. Then behave that way. You need to break the cycle.
