Weird painful lesions around vagina, hsv or something else????

I've been experiencing weird vaginal discharge for the last 4 weeks, firstly it was only white, creamy, thick discharge. but there were no itching or another thing. I thought i could have yeast infection and took anti-fungal pills also my partner took too. Even though i took 3 pills my discharge did not stop and stayed the same way. I went to doctor for the problem and she said that there is nothing wrong and there is not any yeast infection. And i continued my sex life, there was nothing wrong in my first two intercourse but at the end of my third intercourse i felt pain and it was like due to the friction and it was normal for me because mostly i suffer from dryness on my vagina. I disregard the pain and thought it would go away in 1 or 2 days. But when i urinate it did hurt like hell. and i noticed those bumpy lesions. And it did not heal for the last 5 days. I went to hospital again and the doctor said that it is an ulcer but it does not look herpetic. However he still wanted blood tests just in case for hsv and syphilis. But the results will be out next week and I'm freaking about what did I have. I also just noticed there is another white but not bumpy lesions in the left side of my vaginal entrance. So any idea that what could it be?image image

the ulcer is above my vaginal entrance (the bumpy texture part, normally at the beginning they look more separated and round-shaped but they become like this and look bigger, the doctor said probably they were separated at the beginning but most ulcers are tend to combine with each other and now they are combined) it was redder yesterday and the past 2 days now it looks more pale but they still hurt the same way and it even bleed a little bit during the examination like a leakage

still no idea?? I'm really frightened so please if anyone knows anything please share. The pain is still there, I started to take antibiotics yesterday and applying a cream with antibiotics (10 mg of fusidic acid and 10 mg of Hydrocortisone) to the problematic area, both of them are prescribed by the doctor. But there is no change and still waiting for the results. But I'm really afraid of what can it be. The doctor also said that there is still a change the ulcer can be caused just only the trauma (the friction during the sex) but still after seeing the white painful lesion (that is seen the second image that i uploaded ) too I feel like the condition is going worse instead of better.

    UPDATE!!!!

my blood tests are just came. I dont feel any pain in that area for the last 3 days however the tiny bumps above my vaginal entrance is still present but no pain at all and they look smaller, rounder and more symmetrical now. However my blood test for HSV-1 is positive. The late respond antibodies are positive (IgG, and it is really higher than the reference value ) but the IgM is negative. HSV -2 are negative for both antibodies. The test for syphilis is also negative. I will call my doctor tomorrow but honestly i dont know what to do. It is said that HSV-1 mostly causes cold sores around mouth and nose not genitals. I've never had a blister or cold sore in my lips, mouth or face. However my mother always had outbreaks in her lips sometimes around her nose and her mother was like that too. So I'm also considering the possibility of me contracting the HSV-1 from my mom way earlier and the ulcers around my vagina may not be due to the HSV-1 but I'm not sure since it can still cause genital sores rarely. My current partner has no symptoms now and never had before. I dont know what to do next. So any suggestions or ideas, please? Can it be also false positive? 😦

GHSV-1 isn't as rare as you think. It's actually quite common. Often times, it can go unnoticed because OB's are fewer and less severe than HSV-2. If you do

My sister, my brother and my mother used to have blisters on their lips time to time. Also my grandmother have it too. I'm 21 but i did not have any outbreak/blisters or cold sores around my lips, inside my mouth or around my nose before. But I read that mother can pass the HSV virus to their children at birth etc. So is it possible for me to get it from my mother earlier somehow and never experienced a outbreak and learned about it by chance this time? I'm hoping like that. Because in my country cold sores in mouth is very common but most people dont know it is due to a virus, they think it is due to stress and does not consider it as an illness at all. And I also had friends who had cold sores in their lips but sexually is not active and even never kissed anyone before. So it is seen as very normal thing here, most of them does not know the real cause at all. Maybe I should not freak out and the ulcers on my vagina was only because of the trauma from my sexual intercourse because I can get very dry sometimes... Sorry if i looked so panicked but I kinda have anxiety about stds and illnesses.... But i want to ask that how many days an HSV-1 outbreak lasts, the ulcers in my vagina healed in 7 days. Actually the the bumps are still there but they are smaller, symmetrical and not painful anymore. And i guess those bumps were there before the pain too (i noticed them before the pain when i got back from my gynecologist that i went for yeast infection (she did not mention those bumps during examination at all and said there was nothing wrong) and when i first noticed those and touch them they were painless. Now they look like the same way when i first noticed them. I'm still trying to be sure if they are herpes or something else. My pap/smear test is also negative so I believe they are not due to hpv too.
