Dear all.
Been having these experiences,on and off for over a year now.
Go to sleep ,wake up distressed after hour,feels like throat is tightening up,with awful pain, sensation.
Cannot go back to sleep,as when i lay down,it becomes worse.
please can anybody help.!! either email or phone.
