So I will admit that I don't particularly check my body at all, specially during winter. Now I noticed this in the morning and have no idea what it is, if I scratch it, it turns white and flaky. It doesn't inch at all. 
Pls tell me what this is, I am expecting the worse over here.

Have you been tested for diabetes? This looks very much like the type of skin condition that diabetics can develop.You will have to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis and I urge you to do so before this gets worse..
