Weird Pelvic Cramping for weeks, not sure what to do?

Ive been having weird cramping, its not painful its just noticeable, for the past 3 weeks in my lower stomach/legs. I have also been having weird sort of tingles in my uterus area, none of it is pain it is just on my mind all.the.time and the doctors are closed because of covid! I got the depo injection for the first time 2 months ago so it could just be a side effect of this but I am paranoid. I also was in hospital a few months ago for gallstones and I was on antibiotics for chlamydia and I havent been able to get a test to ensure it is gone, again due to covid. Any advice would be great, Many thanks!

    There must be a hospital emergency room somewhere that will see you. Make a few phone calls.
