Weird Pimple Like Bump on Shaft, 26 and very nervous

hello everyone and I'm trying to go see a doctor but times are sort of hard right now, on Monday I noticed a small pimple like bump on my penis and only noticed it because i had an itch but it wasn't really red until i started trying to squeeze it because i thought it might be a pimple. i know it started Monday because i took a bath on Sunday and I always wash myself down there with soap and I'm wondering if the soap might have irritated it? it only hurts because i kept trying to pop it but nothing has happened but the top of it is white. I had sex with my girlfriend last week but I know we've been tested and nothing has come up but I'm still scared. any thoughts to put my mind at ease i know i shouldnt but i keep ending up on google because i freak out so much. image

    has that bump ease down or still pr getting worse

      its stayed the same! i ended up getting checked out by a Doctor and she said it definitely wasnt an std but i still took a test i still dont know what it can be
