Weird pimplelike stuff on top of my urethra

Hi my top of the urethra has been disturbed since 2 days ago and it was really painful on the 1st day. I haven't had sexual encounter for over 3 months and I do not know what this can be. is this std?

i kinda had that FRIDAY. check my post. I ended up with one side of head swelling. yours looks very small. keep observing. looks like nothing to me
