Weird Problem ! Brain Mind Mismatch / Impaired

I have a very weird problem.

In my mind, when i talk to myself or when my mind chatters, it chatters or talk or think very fluently, flawlessly and without breaks.

but when it comes to talking by tongue, (speech) , my tongue fumbles. I cant talk that way as i talk to myself or think in my mind. My speech then got breaks.

In short what i meant is when i think in my mind, i think or talk in my mind without any breaks or fumble, but when it comes to talking by tongue, i cant speak properly.

Please help me or Give me some medication if someone who is reading this knows whats my problem.

For example : yesterday, i was reading newspaper without speaking/talking, but when i started reading by talking/speaking, my speech got impaired.

Second example: i was imagining my speech in my college which i was going to deliver next day, when i spoke my speech in my mind, it went so well without any break/stutter. but when i tried to speak by tongue, it got stutters or breaks in between and my ideas were also not fully coming up on my tongue which were coming in my mind so fluently.

Sorry for my impaired english also.

If you right it down and practice repeating it out loud how does that work

I tried this thing also but it didn't work for me.

I just want to know the reason why it happens that ideas or thoughts which were coming up in my mind so fluently not just coming up on my tongue while speaking or giving speeches.

ps: i cant form sentences in english that well but still you will get an idea what im talking about.

Hi there is nothing wrong with you that isn't with everyone else. Of course words and ideas are much clearer and fluent in your head than speaking them out loud. We all have that problem I'm afraid.

My advice to you is stop thinking you are not normal and accept yourself as you are. x
