can someone help? I've got these weird rashes which have spread and i dont know what they are and how to treat them. They're flat, itch at times not alot, not painful or tender and aren't filled with anything. ive noticed they are at the back of my hands, elbows, knees, stomach , back of thighs, neck etc.

I think its Tinea versicolour which is caused by a fungus which lives on your skin. Nothing to be alarmed about but it can spread. try washing with a dandruff shampoo...especially one with selenium sulphide as the active ingredient, also get some fungal ointment with clotrimazole in it and use after washing. You need to persevere with the treatment. Work the shampoo into the areas and wash off after 2 minutes. If you can get someone to help you with this it may be easier to pinpoint all the areas.
