Weird rash. HELP

hi

i am a 22 year old female.

i have a weird rash that seems to be spreading started out looking like some ringworms and an allergic reaction that was very itchy and i got so creams and allergy from my GP which helped with the itchiness. The ringworms have dried up basically but i seem to have developed a rash on top of it that i don't understand. i got something like the ringworms in march and that cleared up quickly after i started the allergy pills and fungal cream. it is way worse this time with extra stuff and seems to be spreading a bit? i had an awful cold a week before the whole thing started. it's not itchy though. please help. it's freaking me out a bit
