Weird rash on vagina

about a month ago i was super itchy and thought it was either from shaving or from a yeast infection. I never treated it and kept putting it off but a few days ago my discharge was super thick and alot of it. It doesnt have a smell but now I have a rash on my vagina opening. The rash doesnt hurt at all it just gets itchy. Could this be a bad yeast infection and do i treat it on my own. I have a OBGYN appointment scheduled but not for a few days.image

    it do look like a yeast, you can get anti fungals OTC at a pharmacy or a bigger store. I would say minimum a 3-day cure maybe 5. dont leave it untreated

    Is this on your vagina or anus, or between maybe?

    I would say go to doctor...
