weird red spots, undiagnosed by gynecologist or dermatologist yet

Hello! I have these spots for some time now (like 1 year+). I am not sexually active, I wash my laundry with baby detergent, only use water or hypoallergenic soap. I have absolutelly no idea what can this be. In the beginning I felt nothing except that I could see those red spots in a smaller portion, now, they extended even on the labia and sometimes it feels itchy. At a time it looked like when I got my period they were less, but now I can't tell what's the reason for them being more or less, but they never go away totally. What on earth could they be? And what should I even test for. I had discharge tests done by three gynecologists, they came out relatively ok such that the last gynecologist just sent me to check at a dermatologist (I tried a couple of treatments

  • triderm cream: The active substances are: betamethasone, clotrimazole, gentamicin. The other ingredients are: liquid paraffin, white Vaseline
  • Isis Pharma suavigel : Glycerin acid, Bisabolol, Glycerin.
  • clotrimazole
  • vitella ozo-hyal:Glyceryl Stearate Citrate, Glyceryl stearate, Cetyl Alcohol, Ozonized olive oil, Tocopheryl acetate, aqua, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Tetrasodium Glutamate diacetate, Hialuronat de sodiu

I also took some probiotics and some pills recommended by some young gynecologist which had some serious adverse effect which another gynecologist did not really aprove of...

A month before they appeared I was at a pool. I also washed my cat once in the bathub and had to go in the water myself so I think I kind of soaked my clothes in cat's shampoo. I was sharing the apartment at a time with a roomate that was sexually active, but generally I would disinfect the toilet before sitting.

The dermatologist said it could be something like pressure hives, but as I'm not into sports or doing anything extreme I can't see how this could go for over a year like that..they look like small blood eruptions. And the aspect keeps on changing: they get bigger, smaller, they are on the vulva or get on labias, they sometimes almost cleaned out but then appeared again just as strong. Once even the spots that were placed on the labia majora disappeared from morning till night..just like that.!
