WEIRD SCRATCH MARKS ON ARMS (HELP NEEDED)

I've had a skin condition called HIDRADENTITIS SUPARATIVA for 3 years, boils in my armpits groin, face, etc, im on medication and I am under a dermatologist....

feb 2019 I had weird claw like marks on my left arm, then last year, twice, then last time on 20th June, all in broad daylight, i do not feel it happen its afterwards, they bleed ect they are not cat scratches, and i have not self harmed, pics attached, its driving me mad cos no one known was they are. I can only attach one pic I try snd add more later

I am under mental health team and have shown a pic to them , they don't understand, can anyone shed some light on whats doing it or what they are? I do have my own theory, but see if anyone thinks what I think. thank you.image
