Weird Sensation

hi.

for a few months now i have been experiencing a weird dull ache/tingle/heaviness in my right testicle. its not a pain, i am urinating fine and there is no discharge just this annoying feeling that i experience. i don't know whether its actually something or if its just all in my head.

the only thing i could think of that could be causing this is that i have been going through a depressive state but not taking any medication. i noticed once i got depressed this feeling came on me with weakened erections, loss of sex drive and poor sleep quality. i have been working out and changing my diet which is improving this slightly but this weird sensation is not helping my situation.

has anyone experienced this before or have any advice?

    I think you should see a urologist asap... just to make sure it's nothing that irreversible.
